CET Update from Team Radical

This message comes directly from Team Radical, one of the CET Research & Development teams. We want to give you an update on the recent problems many of you have experienced with Customer's Own Material (COM) not saving or loading correctly in your drawings. We know how disruptive this has been to your workflow, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration it has caused.

Our team has been working hard to get to the bottom of this, and we believe we've finally isolated the cause. We're implementing a fix that will be included in the upcoming CET 15.5 Minor release, as well as in CET 15.5 Patch 1 Hotfix 5, which will be released very shortly before 15.5 Minor. Once you're on either of these versions, your COM selections should save and load as expected.

Here's the Catch (and we want to be upfront):

Drawings that were saved while the bug was active might still have issues loading the COM. Unfortunately, you'll likely need to re-apply the COM in those drawings.
However, any new COM selections made after you update to the fixed versions (15.5 Patch 1 Hotfix 5 or 15.5 Minor) should work perfectly.
We've been here before, thinking we had a solution, so we're cautiously optimistic. This particular issue has been incredibly complex to solve.

This is Where You Come In - We Need Your Help:

We're asking for your help to make absolutely sure this fix works as intended. After you've updated to either 15.5 Patch 1 Hotfix 5 or 15.5 Minor, please let us know if you encounter ANY new problems with COM saving or loading. When reaching out, sending it through your normal support channels is the best, such as support.configura.com. In reporting, please provide:

Your CET Version: (Be sure to include the Minor and Hotfix number)
Steps to Reproduce: A detailed explanation of how the issue occurred.
Example Drawing: If possible, share a drawing file that demonstrates the problem.
COM Involved: Specify the COM that is not saving or loading
